The Founder President, SIIRM, Late Dr.Thomas Cangan was a visionary, whose mission was creation, dissemination and extension of knowledge right from primary education to professional courses. St. Thomas College of Nursing strives to prepare degree level nursing students for a high profile career.
With a vision in mind and mission in heart, the Society for Indian institute of Rural Management (SIIRM) established “St. Thomas College of Nursing” at Rampura, Phagi in the year 2010. The objective was to educate the students aspiring for the noble profession of nursing, through a conducive educational environment comprising of excellent teaching with advanced medical science technology education.

The society of Indian institute of rural management was established in year 1989-90 with the aim of serving nation & locater the today’s pressing need of trained nurses for expanding health care system of nation. The St. Thomas College of Nursing was established on 21 st May 2010 under this society. STCN is offering education in B.Sc Nursing. It is managed by professional bodies under “Society for Indian institute of Rural Management jaipur” a registered Society working in the field of education since 1988.
